Every month, we share €2.000 prize money among the 5 highest-rated games uploaded on uQudos. Any game first published during a certain month automatically enters our monthly contest. Our next Monthly Upload Contest ends at the end of November 2008.

Placement is determined by user votes. Games must have a minimum of 25 votes to qualify. In order to vote you need a uQudos account which you can create through our Sign Up page. We retain the right to exclude votes that we feel were made in a fraudulent manner. Feel free to encourage your friends, family and fans to vote for your game(s), but using robotic or programmed methods to increase your rating and encouraging fans to create multiple accounts or downvote competition will not be allowed.

We'll be awarding €1000 to the highest-rated game, €500 to the second-highest, €250 for the third, €150 for the fourth and €100 for the fifth. You can find this month’s ranking on our homepage.


Contest Rules:

• The contests begins at 0:00 pm CET (Central European Time) on the first day of the month and ends at 23:59 am CET on the last day of the month.
• All Submissions made during that time period will be automatically entered.
• Files must be games in .swf format and less than 10MB.
• Games that are deemed hateful, obscene, racist or pornographic will not be accepted.
• Stolen games or content (like images, logos or audio) will not be tolerated.
• You must be the creator of the game and own or have permission to use all materials.
• Games may not display any pre-, after- or in-game ads.
• uQudos makes the final determination as to what games are eligible to take part in this Contest.
• Entrants may not enter the Contest with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities.
• By uploading a game you declare that you consent to our Game Upload Agreement.
• The 5 highest-rated games will be elected at the end of the month. After a period of verification the winners are listed on the homepage of our website.
• We will use the financial details you provided to us just after the upload of your first game onto uQudos. You can always update them through Edit Profile in My Account. When details are missing or incorrect, we will sent you an email to request more or the correct information. The payment will then be processed.
• By participating, each winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, likeness, submitted game and/or photograph or avatar for inclusion in the list of winners, if applicable, and advertising this or similar Contests without compensation, approval, notice or review unless prohibited by law.
• Information collected from entrants is subject to uQudos’ Privacy Policy and may also be used as provided for in these Rules.
• uQudos reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Rules.
• uQudos is not responsible for posting, printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke the Contest or drawing based upon any such error without liability at its sole discretion.
• uQudos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify this Contest in whole or in part for any reason.
